Science Applications Int'l Q4 Profit Declines - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Science Applications International Corp. (SAIC) Tuesday reported fourth-quarter net income of $33 million or $0.66 per share, compared to $43 million or $0.87 per share in the same period last year.

On average, five analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expected the company to earn $0.65 per share for the quarter. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.

Revenues decreased to $941 million from $1.16 billion last year. Analysts expected revenues of $945.16 million.

As previously announced, the Board of Directors has authorized and declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.28 per share payable on April 30, 2014, to stockholders of record on April 15, 2014.
