As a result of the new share issue carried out by Scandic Hotels Group AB (publ) in connection with the recent initial public offering, the number of shares and votes in the company has increased by 22,985,075 since the first day of trading on Nasdaq Stockholm.

As of December 30, 2015, there are in total 102,985,075 shares and votes in Scandic Hotels Group AB (publ).
