Sangamo Announces Closing Of $74.2 Mln Public Offering Of Common Stock

(RTTNews) - Sangamo BioSciences, Inc. (SGMO) announced the closing of its previously announced underwritten public offering of 6.10 million shares of its common stock, as well as 915 thousand additional shares of its common stock pursuant to the full exercise of the over-allotment option granted to the underwriters.

The company said the shares were sold at the public offering price of $10.58 per share, the last closing price of the stock on the date immediately prior to pricing. This brings the aggregate gross proceeds from the offering to about $74.2 million, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and other offering expenses.
