• the unaudited condensed consolidated financial statements included in Roadrunner's Quarterly Reports on Form 10-Q for the quarters ended March 31, 2016, June 30, 2016 and September 30, 2016; and
• related press releases, investor presentations or other communications describing the financial statements for these periods

On this news, shares of Roadrunner fell sharply during after-hours trading on January 30, 2017.
