Rite Aid Separates Chairman, CEO Roles; Appoints Bruce Bodaken As Chairman
(RTTNews) - Rite Aid Corp. (RAD) announced that it has decided to separate the positions of Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. Bruce Bodaken will hold the position of Chairman, effective at the 2018 Annual Meeting of Stockholders.
Rite Aid Corp. also announced changes to its Board composition and governance structure, including the nomination of three new independent directors. The three new independent director nominees - Robert Knowling, Jr., Louis Miramontes and Arun Nayar - will stand for election at the 2018 Annual Meeting of Stockholders.
