RHJ International: Transparency Declaration Notification (Article 14 of the law of 2 May 2007) - Franklin Templeton Institutional, LLC

On 27 October 2014, Franklin Templeton Institutional, LLC notified RHJ International ("RHJI") that on 24 October 2014 its shareholding in RHJI had crossed upward the threshold of 15% of the outstanding 132,244,164 shares and voting rights in RHJI and amounted to 20,067,496 shares representing 15.17% of the voting rights in RHJI.
