RHJ International: Transparency Declaration Notification (Article 14 of the law of 2 May 2007) - Franklin Templeton Institutional, LLC

On 24 September 2014, Franklin Templeton Institutional, LLC notified RHJ International ("RHJI") that its holding of 17,561,681 shares in RHJI had passively crossed downward, on 23 September 2014, the threshold of 15% of the total number of voting rights in RHJI to 13.28%.
