RetailMeNot Q4 Profit Up - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - RetailMeNot Inc. (SALE) said that its fourth-quarter net income attributable to common stockholders significantly increased to $13.84 million from the prior year's $31 thousand. On a per share basis, net income for the quarter was $0.26 up from $0.03 in the year ago quarter.

Net income for the fourth quarter was $13.8 million, up 79% from $7.7 million in the year ago quarter.

Mobile net revenues totaled $11.7 million, up 179% compared to $4.2 million in the prior year.

Net revenues for the fourth quarter were $78.5 million, an increase of 55% from $50.8 million last year. Organic net revenues increased 50%. Organic net revenues exclude net revenues from acquired businesses not owned during both comparative periods.

Analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expected the company to report earnings of $0.29 per share and revenues of $68.71 million for the quarter. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.
