Republic Airways Holdings Names Wayne C. Heller Executive Vice Preside

    INDIANAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 2, 2005--Republic Airways Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ:RJET) announced today the appointment of Wayne C. Heller as Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer for the holding company and its subsidiaries. He will be responsible for all operational areas including flight operations, inflight, training and maintenance functions for the company's two subsidiaries; Chautauqua Airlines and Republic Airlines.
    Mr. Heller has over 25 years experience in the regional airline industry. He joined Chautauqua Airlines in August of 1999 as Vice President of Flight Operations and was promoted to Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer in February 2002. Prior to joining Chautauqua Airlines he served as Managing Director of Systems Operations Control at Mesaba Holdings, Inc.
