Rémi Boyer is Appointed Korian’s Group Human Resources Director

Korian (Paris:KORI), European leader of Ageing Well, announces the appointment of Rémi BOYER as Group Human Resources Director. As such, he joins the Group Executive Committee.

Rémi BOYER will be responsible for the development of Korian’s senior executives and talents.

He will also have to build a strong employer brand in the 4 countries of Group’s operations, as well as a Job & Competency planning strategy, in close cooperation with each country HR Director.

As in charge of Group‘s CSR, which reports directly to him, Rémi BOYER will have to define and deploy the CSR strategy at group scale, in order to promote Korian’s social, ethics and environmental initiatives.

Previously VP Talents and Top Management in Group PSA Peugeot Citroën, Rémi BOYER (49), spent 12 years in Group Arcelor Mittal, where he held various positions as General Secretary and as Operational Human Resources Director in a strongly international context.

In 2010, he joined PSA Peugeot Citroën Group as VP HR Development and piloted the rejuvenation of development HR and talents development policies, deployed a jobs-sectors Group approach, and launched a commitment and motivation process at Group scale.

In 2013, he became Group VP R&D HR and Support, before being appointed as VP Talents and Top Management of PSA Peugeot Citroën Group in 2015.

Graduate of Ecole Normale Supérieure, holder of a French History Agrégation and a Master’s Degree of International Relations, Rémi BOYER spent the majority of his career in industrial companies.

Rémi BOYER has taken up his position on the 1st of September 2016.
