Regency Centers Q3 FFO Rises; Lifts 2014 FFO/shr View

(RTTNews) - Regency Centers Corp.'s (REG) funds from operations or FFO for the third quarter was $64.8 million, or $0.70 per share up from $60.4 million, or $0.65 per share last year.

Quarterly Core Funds From was $65.5 million, or $0.71 per share, compared to $60.2 million, or $0.65 per share in the prior year. Analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expected the company to report earnings of $0.69 per share for the quarter. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.

Net income attributable to common stockholders for the quarter rose to $47.9 million, or $0.52 per share, from $35.0 million, or $0.38 per share last year.

For 2014, the company now expects FFO per share to be in the range of $2.80 - $2.83, compared to prior estimate of $2.75 - $2.80. Analysts expect annual earnings of $2.79 per share.
