Regarding the return of payments (bonuses)

In accordance with the decision of Šiauliai Regional Court dated 15 January 2018 in case No. 2A-51-883/2018 on 5 April 2018 the board of the company has adopted a decision and the company has concluded an agreement on returning of payments (bonuses).  

In accordance with the agreement, as long as there is no superseding decision of the court, the payments that were previously allocated to the members of the board and supervisory council following the decision of the general meeting of the shareholders of 16 September 2016 (this part of the decision of the general meeting of the shareholders had been annulled by the indicated decision of the court) have been returned to the company.
