Redemption of A and B-series bonds by Arctic Paper S.A.

Regulatory News:

The Management Board of Arctic Paper S.A. ("Company”)(STO:ARP) hereby notifies that on February 25, 2013, the Company has redeemed the A-series bonds for the total amount of PLN 51.880.350,08 and the B-series bonds for the total amount of PLN 23.325.238,04. The bonds has been issued in accordance with the issuance agreement dated 11 February 2010 (as amended).

The company has informed about the issue and the earlier redemption of A and B-series bonds in the current reports no. 6/2010, 7/2010, 3/2011, 4/2011 and 41/2012.

Accordingly, the Company informs that the A and B-series bonds have been fully redeemed.
