Reckitt Benckiser Selects Cegedim Relationship Management as Global Preferred Supplier of Sales Force Automation (SFA) Solutions for Its OTC Healthcare Business

Reckitt Benckiser (RB) has selected Cegedim Relationship Management as its Global Preferred Supplier of Sales Force Automation (SFA) solutions. The decision was based largely on previous successful deployments of Cegedim’s SFA solutions in the US and UK. As part of this new contract, initial pilots of Cegedim’s award-winning*, cloud-based SFA solution, Mobile Intelligence for iPad** (MI Touch), will take place in Germany and Mexico, with plans to expand globally.
