ReachLocal CEO Zorik Gordon Resigns - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - ReachLocal Inc. (RLOC) announced that Zorik Gordon has resigned as chief executive officer and as a member of the company's board of directors to pursue other entrepreneurial opportunities.

David Carlick, Chairman of the Board, has been appointed interim chief executive officer effective immediately. The company noted that its board has commenced a search for a new chief executive and will consider both current members of management and outside executives.

Separately, the company reaffirmed its guidance for the third quarter ended September 30, 2013 and for the 2013 calendar year.

While announcing the second-quarter results, the company expected revenue to be in the range of $130.5 million to $132.5 million for the third-quarter, and revenue of $515 million to $520 million for fiscal year 2013. Analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expect the company to report revenues of $131.37 million for the third-quarter, and $516.74 million for fiscal 2013. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.
