RE/MAX Holdings Announces Quarterly Dividend

DENVER, Nov. 1, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- RE/MAX Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: RMAX), parent company of RE/MAX, LLC, one of the world's leading franchisors of real estate brokerage services, and of Motto Mortgage, an innovative mortgage brokerage franchise, announced today that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.18 per share of Class A common stock.

The dividend is payable on November 29, 2017 to shareholders of record at the close of business on November 15, 2017.
