Ramco-Gershenson Properties Q4 FFO Up - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Ramco-Gershenson Properties Trust (RPT) Tuesday reported fourth-quarter funds from operations, or FFO, of $20.6 million or $0.28 per share, up from $12.3 million or $0.24 per share in the same period last year.

Operating FFO for the quarter was $21.3 million or $0.29 per share. On average, nine analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expected the company to earn $0.28 per share for the quarter. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.

Fourth-quarter loss widened to $7.0 million or $0.11 per share from $0.2 million or $0.01 per share last year.

Revenues increased to $48.02 million from $33.30 million last year. Analysts expected revenues of $46.12 million.

Looking ahead, the company has affirmed its 2014 operating FFO guidance range of $1.20 to $1.26 per share. Analysts currently expect full-year FFO of $1.23 per share.
