Ramco-Gershenson Boosts Dividend

(RTTNews) - Ramco-Gershenson Properties Trust (RPT) said Thursday that its Board of Trustees has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.1875 per common share, resulting in an indicated annual rate of $0.75 per share, an increase of about $0.08 per share over the prior annual rate.

The Board also approved a third quarter Series D convertible perpetual preferred share dividend of $0.90625 per share for the same period.

The dividends, for the period July 1, 2013 through September 30, 2013, will be payable on October 1, 2013 to shareholders of record on September 20, 2013.
