Radware Q3 Profit Rises - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Radware (RDWR) reported that its net income for the third quarter of 2014 was $7.8 million or $0.17 per share, up from $2.9 million or $0.06 per share in the third quarter of 2013.

Net income on a Non-GAAP basis for the third quarter was $11.2 million or $0.24 per share, compared with net income of $7.8 million or $0.17 per share last year.

Quarterly revenue was $56.8 million, representing an increase of 18% from $48.0 million for the third quarter of 2013.

Analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expected the company to report earnings of $0.19 per share and revenues of $54.67 million for the quarter. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.
