Radius Health Announces $250 Mln. Public Offering

(RTTNews) - Radius Health Inc (RDUS) on Tuesday said it is commencing an underwritten registered public offering of up to $250 million of its common stock.

The company also expects to grant the underwriters an option to purchase up to an additional $37.5 million of its common stock, exercisable for 30 days.

All of the shares in the proposed offering are to be sold by the company.

Radius Health is a science-driven biopharmaceutical company focused on developing new therapeutics for patients with advanced osteoporosis as well as other serious endocrine-mediated diseases.
