Questar Issues Merger Update - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Questar (STR) announced the company and Dominion Resources continue to make progress on the pending merger. A special meeting of shareholders has been scheduled for May 12, 2016, to consider and vote on the proposal to approve the merger.

Questar and Dominion have filed for review and approval, if required, from the Utah Public Service Commission and Wyoming Public Service Commission. Hearings are expected to occur during the third quarter. Questar has made an informational filing to the Idaho Public Service Commission.

Subject to the required shareholder and regulatory approvals, Questar expects the merger to be completed during 2016.
