Quest Software Expands Its Identity and Access Management Offerings; Signs Agreement with Evidian and Completes PassGo Technologies Acquisition

Quest Software, Inc. (Nasdaq: QSFT) today announced two major additions to its expanding portfolio of identity and access management solutions. Quest entered into a Software License and Distribution Agreement with Evidian for world-wide distribution of its universal enterprise single sign-on product. In addition, Quest completed the acquisition of PassGo Technologies, acquiring its web access management, privilege management and one-time password token products. Together, they expand Quest’s ability to deliver solutions that help simplify identity and access management in the heterogeneous environment.
