QIWI Reports Pricing Of Public Offering Of 8.2 Mln Class B Shares At $30.50

(RTTNews) - QIWI plc, (QIWI) announced the pricing of underwritten public offering of 8.2 million of Class B Shares in the form of American Depositary Shares or ADSs by certain of its shareholders at $30.50 per share. The offering is expected to close on or about October 4, 2013.

The company specified that the selling shareholders will receive all of the proceeds from the offering.

The company also stated that the underwriters of the offering will have a 30-day option to buy up to an additional 1.23 million ADSs from selling shareholders at Offering Price, less underwriting discounts and commissions.

Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC is the sole book-running manager for the offering.
