As a part of discussions with principal shareholders on the horizon of the next General Assembly meeting (May 27, 2015), the Publicis Groupe SA  (Paris:PUB) [Euronext Paris: FR0000130577, CAC 40] Management Board (Directoire) decided during its meeting held on May 22, 2015, to remove the 24^th resolution from the vote. This resolution pertains to the modification of the company’s charter regarding the right of the Supervisory Board to name Censors (non-voting members).
