PSA Peugeot Citroën: Supervisory Board meeting – 23 February 2016

Regulatory News:

At its meeting of 23 February 2016, and acting on the recommendation of the Appointments, Compensation and Governance Committee, the Supervisory Board of PSA Peugeot Citroën (Paris:UG) appointed Catherine Bradley as a member to replace Dominique Reiniche, who has resigned. Ms Bradley's appointment will be submitted to ratification at the Annual Shareholders' Meeting on 27 April 2016.

The Supervisory Board also decided to recommend Helle Kristoffersen for election at the forthcoming Annual Shareholders' Meeting, to replace Patricia Barbizet, who will be stepping down at that meeting in light of other responsibilities she has taken up since joining the PSA Supervisory Board.

After a career in banking, Ms Bradley is currently an independent director. She sits on the board of the Financial Conduct Authority, the UK financial regulator.

Helle Kristoffersen is currently Senior Vice President, Strategy & Business Intelligence, at Total and is also a director of Orange.
