ProShares to Transfer Securities from American Stock Exchange to NYSE Arca in Connection with NYSE Euronext's Acquisition of Amex

ProShares announced today that the listing of the following 64 ProShares exchange-traded funds currently listed on the American Stock Exchange (Amex) will be transferred to NYSE Arca in the fourth quarter following the recent close of NYSE Euronext's acquisition of the Amex:
