Notice is hereby given that an Extraordinary General Meeting of Prosafe SE will be held at the company's registered office at 126 Stadiou Street, 6020 Larnaca, Cyprus at 9 a.m. Cyprus time on 15 March 2016.

The full notice is attached and includes the proposed resolutions, the report and recommendation of the election committee, the notice of attendance at the Extraordinary General Meeting/Proxy, detailed voting instructions and electronic voting instructions.
