Premiere Global Enhances PGiSend Fax2Mail with Adobe PDF Functionality

Premiere Global Services, Inc. (NYSE: PGI), a global provider of on-demand, applied communication technologies, today announced that it has launched its PGiSend Fax2Mail application integrated with Adobe PDF scanning technology licensed from Adobe Systems Incorporated. The new PGiSend Fax2Mail can deliver a fully functional, interactive PDF document that provides users with a secure and reliable file for editing, signing, searching, and storing fax documentation.

Premiere Global’s Fax2Mail is the first internet fax product to include full Adobe PDF scanning capabilities, enabling users to insert electronic signatures in PDF files using free Adobe Reader® software to collaborate more efficiently in real-time with contracts, paperwork, purchase orders, invoices, legal documents, loan applications, and more.

In addition to these powerful new PDF capabilities, the new Fax2Mail also includes:

• An Intuitive Web Interface that enables users to monitor outgoing and incoming faxes, send faxes immediately, schedule future fax delivery, store and retrieve fax recipient lists, and keep track of overall delivery success; and
• An Outlook Toolbar plug-in that allows users to click on the "new fax” icon in the Outlook toolbar, attach a document, click on the recipient in an address book, and easily hit send.

Pricing and Availability

Current Premiere Global customers may add this capability to their existing accounts on a per-user basis, and new accounts can visit Premiere Global’s fax plan page or the fax sign-up page. No additional software is required, just the free Adobe Reader 8 or higher.
