Finisar Corp. (FNSR) is up 7 percent to $24.60. The company swung to a profit in its first quarter, on strong sales of Ethernet transceivers for datacom applications. Earnings per share were in line with Wall Street estimates, while sales beat expectations by a thin margin. The company also provided an upbeat second quarter forecast.

Ambarella, Inc. (AMBA) is up 11 percent to $17.00 as its second quarter results were above Wall Street view.

MannKind Corp. (MNKD) is down more than 4 percent to $6.00.
