Dell Inc. (DELL) is up 5 percent to $13.61 amidst reports that Michael Dell and private equity firm Silver Lake are nearing a deal with the company's Special Committee of the Board regarding an increased offer of $13.75 per share and a special dividend of 13 cents in exchange for a change of voting rules.

Toyota Motor Corp. (TM) is up over 2 percent to $129.50. The company's first quarter profit was higher than the comparable period a year earlier and it also lifted its full year forecast, benefiting from a weaker yen. Net revenues for the quarter climbed 13.7 percent.

Brinker International, Inc. (EAT) is gaining more than 2 percent to $42.12. The company's fourth quarter adjusted earnings per share topped Wall Street view, while its revenues missed the consensus estimate. The company forecast fiscal 2014 earnings per share, excluding special items, in-line with market view.

ImmunoGen, Inc. (IMGN) is rising 8 percent to $21.00. The company's fourth quarter net loss narrowed from the year-ago quarter and topped Street view. Total revenues improved and came above the consensus estimate. The company also forecast revenues for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2014 well above analysts' estimate.

MercadoLibre, Inc. (MELI) is surging 12 percent to $136.20 and Alaska Communications Systems Group Inc. (ALSK) is jumping 54 percent to $3.94 following the release of their quarterly results.
