Post Names Jeff Zadoks CFO

(RTTNews) - Post Holdings, Inc. (POST) said Friday that Jeff Zadoks will become the company's Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective November 1.

Prior to his appointment as the Chief Financial Officer, Zadoks has served as Corporate Controller since October 2011 and Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer since January 2014. Prior to joining Post, Zadoks served as Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer at RehabCare Group, Inc.

Additionally, the company said it has promoted Diedre Gray to Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Administration. Ms. Gray will continue to serve as the company's Corporate Secretary. Ms. Gray has served as Senior Vice President-Legal and Corporate Secretary since December 2011 and General Counsel since September 2012.

Post said Thursday it has appointed the company's current CFO Robert Vitale as President and Chief Executive Officer, effective November 1. William Stiritz, who has served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer since Post separated from Ralcorp Holdings, Inc. in 2012, will continue with Post's executive team in the newly-created role of Executive Chairman.
