Post Holdings Prices Additional 7.375% Senior Notes Due 2022

(RTTNews) - Post Holdings, Inc. (POST) said Thursday that it has priced its offering of 7.375% senior notes due 2022.

Post also increased the size of the Notes offering from $300 million to $350 million. The Notes were priced at 105.75% of principal amount, plus accrued interest from February 15, 2013.

The Notes were offered as additional notes under an existing indenture pursuant to which the company previously issued $1,025,000 in aggregate principal amount of 7.375% senior notes due 2022.

The offering is expected to close on July 18.

The company plans to use the net proceeds from the proposed offering for general corporate purposes which could include potential acquisitions.
