Pinnacle Entertainment Elects Charles Atwood To Its Board - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Pinnacle Entertainment, Inc. (PNK) announced that it has elected Charles Atwood to its Board, effective March 12, 2015.

Commenting on Atwood, the company said he is currently the Lead Trustee of the board of trustees for Equity Residential (EQR), a REIT listed on the New York Stock Exchange and member of the S&P 500. He is also a member of the board of directors of Gala Coral Group, a private -based gaming company, and ALST Casino Holdings, LLC, a private-based gaming and hospitality company.

At the 2015 Annual Meeting of Stockholders, the Company's stockholders will be asked to vote upon the election of the following directors to serve on its Board of Directors for the coming year: Charles Atwood, Stephen Comer, Bruce Leslie, James Martineau, Desirée Rogers, Anthony Sanfilippo, and Jaynie Miller Studenmund.
