Physicians Realty Prices Public Offering At $14 A Share

(RTTNews) - Physicians Realty Trust (DOC), a self-managed healthcare real estate company, Tuesday priced an underwritten public offering of 9.5 million common shares at $14 per share, for net proceeds of about $126.3 million.

The company granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional about 1.43 million common shares.

The offering is expected to close on September 12.

The company will contribute the proceeds of the offering to its operating partnership in exchange for common units in its operating partnership. The operating partnership plans to use the proceeds to repay borrowings under the Company's senior secured revolving credit facility, to purchase common units in its operating partnership on or about October 1, 2014 and for general corporate purposes.
