PhotoMedex To Acquire LCA-Vision For $5.37 Per Share - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - PhotoMedex, Inc. (PHMD) and LCA-Vision, Inc. (LCAV) announced a definitive agreement pursuant to which PhotoMedex will acquire LCA-Vision for $5.37 per share in cash, or approximately $106.4 million. LCA-Vision's operations are expected to be accretive to PhotoMedex's cash earnings per share in 2014, excluding one-time, transaction-related items.
