Pernod Ricard: Exclusive negotiations regarding the acquisition of Le Maine au Bois SAS

Pernod Ricard (Paris:RI) announces that its subsidiary Martell & Co is conducting exclusive negotiations with Mr. Lassalle regarding the acquisition of Le Maine au Bois SAS, which is involved in distillation, storage and trade of eaux-de-vie, in the Cognac AOC.
