Pentair Inc Q1 Earnings Climb 21%

(RTTNews) - Pentair Inc (PNR) released a profit for its first quarter that advanced from last year.

The company said its bottom line advanced to $137.9 million, or $0.76 per share. This was higher than $113.9 million, or $0.62 per share, in last year's first quarter.

The company said revenue for the quarter rose 6.8% to $1.58 billion. This was up from $1.48 billion last year.
