Pebblebrook Hotel Trust Q3 FFO Up - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Pebblebrook Hotel Trust (PEB) Thursday said third-quarter funds from operations, or FFO, increased to $27.38 million or $0.44 per share from $21.13 million or $0.35 per share in the same period last year.

Adjusted FFO for the quarter was $28.3 million or $0.46 per share. On average, nine analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expected the company to earn $0.44 per share for the quarter. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.

Net income applicable to common shareholders increased to $11.3 or $0.18 per share from $7.5 million or $0.13 per share in the same period last year.

Revenues totaled $131.23 million, up from $104.31 million last year. Analysts expected revenues of $134.05 million.

Same-Property RevPAR increased to $202.10 from $190.25 last year. Same-Property RevPAR growth rate was 3.0 percent, compared to 5.0 percent last year.

Looking ahead to the fiscal 2013, the company currently projects adjusted FFO in a range of $1.42 to $1.45 per share, up from its previous guidance range of $1.40 to $1.44 per share. Analysts currently expect FFO of $1.46 per share for 2013.
