PARIS PREMIERE: Ruling from the Conseil d’Etat

M6 Group (owner of Paris Première) (Paris:MMT) welcomes the decision from the Conseil d’Etat requiring there to be a review in the next six months of Paris Première’s request to move from a paid model to a free-to-air model.

Paris Première remains at the CSA’s disposal in relation to this review, which it is approaching with confidence with the aim of making Paris Première accessible to the widest audience possible ahead of its thirtieth anniversary. Submission of the case to the Conseil d’Etat has supported this ambition.

Paris Première reiterates its determination to continue the investments already committed to this channel which holds a special place in the audiovisual landscape.
