LAUDERDALE, Fla., Dec. 1, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- GuaranteedPROS, Inc. announced it has signed a financial advisory agreement with Panamax Capital, LLC, with broker dealer services provided by Partner Capital Group, LLC, as its strategic partner in capital funding to launch its innovative ad/tech online resource that connects consumers to qualified professionals and experts offering a wide range of practices and services in their community.  The initial seed round raise of $2 million will be primarily for marketing, patent technology, development and staff.

This online resource, GPROSplus.com, will be free for consumers and will be subscriber-based for participating professionals. It will help consumers quickly locate top professionals offering legal, medical, financial and lifestyle services in their immediate area.
