ORPHEUM Announces its Stock is Now DTC DWAC/FAST Eligible

ORPHEUM Property, Inc. (OTCPINK: PLFF), a diversified public company, is pleased to announce it has received approval from The Depository Trust Company ("DTC") of New York, NY and is now DTC electronic (DWAC/FAST/DRS) eligible.

The Depository Trust Company (DTC) is a subsidiary of the Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation DTCC, and manages the electronic clearing and settlement of publicly traded companies.  Securities that are eligible to be electronically cleared and settled through the DTC are considered "DTC eligible."  This electronic method of clearing securities speeds up the receipt of stock and cash, and thus accelerates the settlement process for investors.

Jeffrey B. Montalbano, the Company's Chairman and CEO, has been overseeing the business of the Company since March 2015, and states, "I am very pleased to let our shareholders know that our latest financial filings are available for all to review on the OTC Markets trading platform (http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/PLFF/filings ) and the we are fully current effective November 28, 2016."
