Ordina expects results of investigation at end of January 2015

Nieuwegein, the Netherlands, 18 December 2014

On 4 November 2014, Ordina announced that the ongoing internal investigation into possible irregularities in public sector tenders and contracts would be completed no later than the first quarter of 2015.
 
In view of the progress in the investigation De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek is conducting, Ordina expects to be able to publish its findings based on the outcome of the investigation at the end of January 2015.  

When it presents the outcome of the investigation, Ordina will also provide an overview of all relevant facts that have emerged in this context, as well as additional information about the integrity programme that we are currently intensifying within the company.  

Ordina is fully aware of the attention this issue is receiving at the moment, also in the media. However, the company will refrain from commenting on the substance of this matter until the findings of the investigation have been published.
