OpGen Prices IPO At Mid-point Of Range; Makes Trading Debut

(RTTNews) - OpGen, Inc. said Tuesday that it has priced its initial public offering of 2.85 million units, with each unit consisting of one share of common stock and a warrant to purchase one share of common stock, at a combined price to the public of $6.00 per unit, the mid-point of the company's recently revised estimated price range of $5.50 to $6.50 per unit.

OpGen shares began trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market Tuesday under the ticker symbol "OPGN."

The molecular diagnostics company has granted the underwriters the right to purchase up to an additional 427,500 shares of common stock at a price of $5.99 per share and/or 427,500 additional warrants at a price of $0.01 per warrant less, in each case, the applicable underwriting discount, within 45 days to cover over-allotments, if any.

OpGen shares are currently trading at $4.79 after trading as low as $4.58 and as high as $5.39 earlier in the session.
