One Liberty FFO Edges Down

(RTTNews) - One Liberty Properties Inc (OLP), a real estate investment trust, on Friday said its first-quarter funds from operations marginally fell to $6.88 million or $0.42 per share from $6.90 million or $0.43 per share last year.

Excluding items, adjusted FFO for the quarter was $0.45 per share, unchanged from a year ago.
