Omega Healthcare Investors Q4 FFO Up - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Omega Healthcare Investors Inc. (OHI) Monday said fourth-quarter funds from operations, or FFO, increased to $79.9 million or $0.65 per share from $61.4 million or $0.55 per share in the same period last year.

Adjusted FFO for the quarter was $79.9 million or $0.65 per share. On average, eight analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expected the company to earn $0.63 per share for the quarter. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.

Net income increased to $47.2 million or $0.38 per share from $33.9 million or $0.30 per share last year.

Operating revenues totaled $111.1 million, up from $95.0 million last year. Analysts expected revenues of $98.0 million.

Looking ahead to the fiscal year 2014, the company currently projects adjusted FFO in the range of $2.69 to $2.72 per share. Analysts currently expect full-year FFO of $2.73 per share.
