Old Dominion National Bank Continues to Expand Senior Management Team and Enhance Presence in the Washington, D.C. Metro Area

MCLEAN, Va., Nov. 21, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Old Dominion National Bank is continuing to enhance its presence in the Washington, D.C. Metro area, designating Tysons Corner as the new location for its executive offices and strengthening its senior management team with five highly experienced community bankers.

Establishing executive offices in Tysons Corner will place Old Dominion's senior management team in the heart of Northern Virginia, a market which is central to the bank's organic growth strategy. To further facilitate that growth, the bank will also soon open a new full-service branch office in Tysons Corner, subject to regulatory approval.  

Old Dominion's new Executive Vice Presidents are Kevin Albrigo, John Hunter, Pamela McCarthy and Jack Infield, while commercial banker Anne Qu joins the bank as a Senior Vice President.  Mr. Albrigo and Mr. Hunter will serve as the Bank's Chief Lending Officer and Chief Credit Officer, respectively, pending regulatory approval.  Ms. McCarthy will serve in the newly created position of Regional President in the Capitol Region while Mr. Infield will lead Strategy for the bank.

The existing and new executives serving on Old Dominion's management team bring extensive experience from de novo startup banks to larger community and regional financial institutions.

Kevin Albrigo will bring deep lending and leadership experience to the role of Chief Lending Officer, having most recently served as Managing Director with SunTrust Private Wealth Management in the Mid-Atlantic Region. Previously, Mr. Albrigo held management positions in business banking and commercial lending with WashingtonFirst Bank, Virginia Commerce Bank, BB&T, and First Virginia Banks, Inc. Mr. Albrigo received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Villanova University and is a graduate of the Virginia Bankers Association School of Bank Management at Darden School of Business, University of Virginia.

John Hunterwill bring a strong background in credit management and oversight to the role of Chief Credit Officer. Hunter was most recently Senior Credit Manager at Cardinal Bank in McLean, Virginia and held previous credit management positions for SunTrust Bank, CCA Financial Services, Inc., Crestar Bank and Signet Bank. Hunter holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Villanova University.

Pamela McCarthy will bring 26 years of banking experience in the Washington, D.C. Metro market to lead a growing team of experienced business bankers as Regional President in the Capitol Region. Ms. McCarthy comes from Bank of America Merrill Lynch where she served as Senior Vice President of Global Commercial Banking since 2013.  Previously, she held leadership positions at several banks, including Wachovia, Capital One, and Virginia Commerce Bank.

Jack Infield, as Old Dominion EVP for Strategy, offers more than three decades of community bank experience, including serving as Regional President for a high growth and successful de novo startup bank and playing key executive leadership roles at regional banks with assets ranging from under $250 million to more than $60 billion. Mr. Infield most recently served as Regional President for AmeriServ Financial Bank and was Regional President for Graystone Bank and its successors Graystone Tower Bank and Susquehanna Bank.

Anne Quhas a proven track record as a top producing commercial banker in the Washington D.C. Metro area, with strong customer relationships in the Asian-American community.  Ms. Qu comes from Bank of America Merrill Lynch where she was a Senior Relationship Banker. Prior to that she held business and retail banking roles at Citibank, SunTrust Bank and Chevy Chase Bank.
