Obtaining the Release of Arctic Paper Grycksbo AB from the Obligation to Maintain Financial Ratio

With reference to the information provided in the Consolidated Quarterly report for the 3rd quarter 2015, in particular Notes of the Management Board report regarding negotiations with Swedish banks, the Management Board of Arctic Paper S.A. (STO:ARP) (the "Issuer") announces that on 28 December 2015, the Issuer’s subsidiary Arctic Paper Grycksbo AB was released by its financing bank Svenska Handelsbanken AB from the obligation to maintain the interest coverage ratio as at 31 December 2015, as specified in the facility agreement.
