Nuvini Group Stock Gains Over Announcement Of Personal Capital Of $6 Mln By CEO Pierre Schurmann

(RTTNews) - Shares of Nuvini Group Limited (NVNI) are trading about 13 percent on Friday after the company's Chief Executive Officer Pierre Schurmann announced an agreement to invest $6 million of personal capital in the company through a direct private placement of equity securities.

Currently, NVMI is trading at $3.88, up 13.24 percent, over the previous close of $3.43 on the Nasdaq. The stock has traded between $1.44 and $121.9 in the past one year.

The proceeds from the deal will be deployed for debt repayment and to support Nuvini as the company executes on its acquisition strategy.
