Nurminen Logistics Plc to Change Its Financial Reporting Practices in 2016

Nurminen Logistics Plc (HEX:NLG1V) will change its financial reporting practices as of 1 January 2016. The decision is based on the amended Securities Markets Act, which entered into force on November 26, 2015. Amendments to the Securities Markets Act concern, among other things, giving up the requirement to disclose interim reports for the first three and nine months of the year.

Nurminen Logistics Plc will publish the following financial information in 2016:

The 2015 Financial Statement Release: Thursday, 18 February 2016 at 1 pm. Half-yearly Report for January - June 2016: Thursday, 11 August 2016 at 1 pm.

The Annual Report 2015 will be published in week 11.

The Annual General Meeting is planned to be held on Tuesday, 12 April 2016.
