Number of shares in Klövern as of 31 March 2014

After having completed a cash issue of 300,000 preference shares during the month of March the total number of shares in Klövern as of 31 March 2014 amounts to 185,380,698, of which 166,544,360 common shares and 18,836,338 preference shares. Each common share entitles to one vote and each preference share entitles to one-tenth of a vote.
